• Please take an unboxing video when opening your delivery as it will help us verify any damage or mistakes regarding your claim.
• Returns will be accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Customers will have to bear the cost of the return shipping.
• Store credit for the full amount paid will be available to the customer for redemption with a 3 month validity.
• Cash refunds are only offered if the product was received in a damaged state. An unboxing video is required to verify this claim.
